Flavors of Africa is the ultimate venue for
positioning your products and services to people of all ages,
socio-economic backgrounds and ethnicities. Securing your booth
space is your first step of positioning. In order to get the most
out of your exhibit, be sure to take advantage of all the
logistical services and promotional opportunities that we have to
offer.
Companies will select exhibit space in
priority point order, based on the space available on the floor
plan at their respective selection times.
Your initial deposit of 40% is due by __________________ to secure the exhibit space. The 60% balance is due by
_________________. After __________________, full payment is due for
all booths. A Flavors of Africa representative will contact each
exhibitor at the telephone number provided to confirm space

Move-In Schedule
Each exhibitor is assigned a target move-in
date, the date your company can begin setting up their booth to
ensure a quick and effective move-in. No shipment to the show
location, but you can ship packages to tradeshow management for a
fee. If you ship your
materials in advance to show management, the show contractor will
place your materials in your booth.
A request for change in move-in date will only
be granted under extenuating circumstances. If you have questions
